I have known Jennifer for over
a decade primarily as just another
person who is at the health club
that I belong to. This has allowed
me ample
opportunity to observe her at a
distance. Jennifer has always seemed
extremely pleasant and personable
and has a large following of people
who like her just for being a genuine
good person. With this being
said, Jennifer has always given
100% attention to those persons
whom
she is training. I always admired
that about her. A few years ago
business and family life detracted
me from staying in shape and I
was plagued
with injuries whenever I tried

for all of my life. AI was a gymnast

College, play racket sports, ski
and I am a third degree black belt

Once I hit my forties I realized
I had slowly been putting on
Weight and I didn’t like
where the pounds had settled. My
aerobics classes alone just couldn’t
do it for me anymore. I had
read that weight training would
not only compliment a cardio
program, but also increase bone
density, and build upper and
lower body strength.
Knowing how important it was to
have proper body alignment
and technique while lifting weight
(to get the maximum benefit
and avoid injury), I decided to
work with a personal trainer. After
talking to many clients and checking
out various trainers, I finally
chose Jennifer.
Not only does she have a cheerful
and professional attitude, but

upbeat, varied and
challenging. In my first year working
with her, I went from 27.8%
body fat to 18.9% body fat by increasing
my lean muscle, losing
body fat, and eating a healthier

To day, nine years later, I still
train with Jennifer and continue
to
become leaner, stronger, and fitter

both me and my husband Tom to turn
